In the book, Arya becomes Roose Bolton's cup bearer, after he takes Harrenhall. And she takes a fake name... Didn't she know that he is one of Robb's allies? Couldn't he take her to Robb or something? Or is the Bolton-Stark relationship different in the book? (I may have forgotten some details). Also, in the show, do the north men take Harrenhall?
This might be a spoiler, but house Bolton betrays Robb and forcibly takes Winterfell for themselves from Theon. Arya doesn't trust the Bolton's in the first place. If she revealed herself she'd most likely be killed.
