So I've been chain-watching GOT the last month and watched the last two episodes last night.
I deliberately kept myself away from spoilers etc. so I genuinely had no clue what was gonna happen, but I did have my theories.
Almost all of my friends have watched the series and I've been told by many of them and countless other people:
Don't waste time watching the finale. It's absolutely shit. The worst ending of any TV show ever.
So I went into Season 8 with very low expectations.
But I was actually surprised - it wasn't as bad as it was made out to be by people I've spoken to and the non-spoiler reviews I read online.
Were any of you the same? - going into the final season expecting the worst ending ever and actually thinking it wasn't THAT bad?
