Hello,
I'm making a low-res pixel art game and I'm not sure how much resolution matters. I was originally thinking of making it 320 x 240 (1280 x 960 when upscaled), which is a somewhat commonly used resolution as far as I can tell.
However, my game requires you to aim projectiles, and it would be nice to have just a few extra tiles of visibility to spread the enemies out a little more. So, I was thinking of changing it to be 360 x 240 (1440 x 960) instead.
Does it matter if my game window isn't an orthodox size? Why or why not? And if so, any ideas of what I can do? Much appreciated!
