Is there a way to save a room NAME and go to that room using an ini file?

I’m using an ini file to save my game, but the current system I have to save my room is flawed. I’m writing the room to the file and going to the room just fine, but since it’s saving the room number and not the room itself, changing the order of rooms in the editor changes what room you end up in when you load the save.
Is there a way to save a room name to an ini file and go to a room with that name?
