Password Protected Zip?

So I was doing a virus scan today and the scan ran across a password protected zip file in the AppData\Roaming\GameMaker-Studio folder named scripts.htm5.zip so I was just coming here to make sure everything is a-ok with it. Is this a normal thing that's supposed to be there?
