That's about it really. More of a toy than a game. I have no idea how to give something as surreal and absurd as that goals, other than maybe figure out what all the knobs do when you turn them (and maybe they have different effects in different combinations, too, with some super secret types of entities requiring you to turn different knobs in particular patterns in order to spawn them). Basically you just fill up the world with stuff, watch it interact, and any entities that die / materials used and turned into waste / whatever gets dumped down the drain by the inhabitants.
