Does anyone have this? Is this a way to guarantee you get a new release? I don’t see it on my 3 out at a time and it would kind of suck if I had to lower it back to, two out at a time just for that feature.

update So I called customer service about this and what this is exactly. If your a standard customer then you can game lock a game from 6 weeks or later out from its release date. Meaning you slide this game into the lock spot and then they will guarantee it ships. Elite members can do this 7 days before release. If a game is added to your queue after the six weeks then you can’t lock it. When you go into your queue (only website for now not app) you will see some games are lockable some are not. Side note asked about PS5 and when they would update that and he said they are waiting on there distributer. Soon as they here back they will update everything.
