I'm trying to develop a game in my spare time. The game is going to be a dungeon diver (hack and slash) based on a steam punk world, sort of a Fallout meets Diablo (when I say it like that, it sounds like I'm trying to copy things, but I just mean examples of genres/styles).
I am in no way an artist or 3D-modeler, so I need massive amounts of help in that area. Also, I need sound as well. I can answer any questions that arise about the nature of these, but I didn't want to take up too much of the beginning of the post.
I also need extra developers/designers to help me through how to go about, well, developing and designing the game. I know a bit about game development (I have a BS in Computer Science and I spent 3 semesters in Game Development and 1 semester in Computer Graphics in OpenGL), but obviously not enough to get myself up and running.
Right now, I'm using Unity3D and I've made a demo level and followed along any tutorials I can get my hands on. I have experience in C , Java, Python, a little Ruby, and a little C# as my main languages of focus. I also have a bit of web development under my belt like Python, html/css, Javascript, JQuery, etc. I am always willing to learn what will help me most, so that's not an issue.
Any help will be a help. Thanks.
Well, starting is what I need help with the most. I've made a demo of a separate level, but that's just what it is, a demo. It's not a working game demo like what you would think.
I'll definitely upload something when I get my hands on a microphone.

Don't worry about being harsh. Harsh in this case just means you were bolder than most in telling me what needs to happen. I've made small games in Javascript in a web browser that are fun enough for me, but nothing sale-worthy. I guess more-so what I want to know is how to make the leap from myself-only projects to small production projects.
