New developer. Would love some feedback on my VR game and advice on what to do to advance my career.
Post Body

I'm a brand new developer who was inspired to start developing because of VR. I am currently making an exercise game based loosely off boxing. The idea is you punch bombs back to the boss and dodge his laser by squatting. I am primarily a programmer so the 3D assets are not amazing and the sound could use some work. If anyone wants to contribute 3d assets or sound I'd gladly take them, not the point of this post though.

Since this is primarily a learning experience for me I have no plans to monetize this game in any way. In fact here is a free download of the game as of May 11th, 2016. I've only been developing it for about a month on and off. I'd love some feedback on what I should prioritize in developing it further, e.g. 1) models, 2) sounds, 3)highscores....

Here is a gif of the start of the game, one of the game-play, and another of the restart mechanic. If you want more I made a youtube video showing it off. A warning though, I don't have a pop filter so the audio has some loud pops.

Besides "create games," what should I do to advance a career in this. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in physics, but after I discovered VR I decided I wanted a career in creating VR content. Of course the market for VR is really small so I'm going to work on other content, e.g. mobile games, non-VR games. Right now I'm just doing this in my spare time. Thanks for the advice!
