Post Body
Hey, I am in a middle of doing 2d platformer, and was wondering, what kind of tricks you know that devs use in their 2d platformers to make gameplay responsive? I know about:
Coyote jump: when you let player jump for few frames after he leaves platform
Buffering jump: if player hit jump button right before touching ground, jump will be executed, when player hits ground
Fixed falling speed
Any other tricks you know?
