Dealing with Unauthorized Distribution of My Paid Game: Seeking Advice on DMCA Takedown Requests
Post Body
I released a paid game, but it seems to be available on a free apk site. From what I found out, I am sending inquiries to these sites using the form provided by DMCA. How should I deal with this?
Suspicious distribution sites are "APKPure", "APKMirror", "Aptoide", "ACMarket", "Blackmart Alpha".

That's just a reality of game development. Much more dangerous are copycats and trademark trolls. Like, seriously, if this is serious to you get registered at least in the USA.

Trademark's not automatic. At least nowhere I know.
Copyright registration is separate and basically gives you leverage if you ever want to sue someone for IP infringement as opposed to just the usual DMCA/cease and desist.
Both of these are not globally unified (as opposed to the automatic copyright), so do check online resources or contact a lawyer in the relevant territories (I mentioned the USA since that's where a lot of cash cows are).
