Found some "sealed" GBA games. Should I break the seal before getting rid of them since its a gamestop type seal? (Just looking for advice)

Post Body
So I used to work at gamestop and the seals on most (if not all) are the gamestop type seals. So not the folded plastic but the heat shrink kind. I dont have a use for these anymore and am short on money so selling them would be a good idea for me.
I just don't know if I should open them to make sure everything is there before I sell em since I would think a gamestop type seal wouldn't help the price much? What would you do in my situation?
