Vegas trip Employee motivation

Every month I take the top 5 employees and family out to dinner or $1000-2500 bonus sometimes more depending how well we do that month remaining employees get around 500 bonus if there is a bonus that month…. Basically I’m top rewards member at all the big casinos. Would a vegas weekend in a big suite be something you would be excited to win at work or don’t really care ? I’m trying to think of ways to motivate lower performance employees to step up their game
