6 months post op, I’m in severe pain and dr. Can’t tell me why

So yesterday around like 10 am I suddenly felt very sick, and nauseous with a pain in my abdomen that was just lingering . I figured it’d go away but this morning at 4 am I felt like I was having a gallstone attack!!! I couldn’t breathe , my chest hurt so bad and I couldn’t function …I spent 5 hours at the ER just for them to say they’re not sure what was wrong .. what could it be?
