1 week post op, can’t stand straight

The ONLY pain I have left is the upper most incision, is painful when walking and it BURNS . will this go away anytime soon? Should I keep walking and try to walk it off? I’ve got to go to Walmart today but even changing my clothes was painful. It burnssss😩it’s the only reason I can’t stand up straight and I figured it’d go away by now
