Ok you guys, I need some help. Just a quick history of my health journey.

1 1/2 years ago I moved into an old house in Washington State. Within 48 hours I was having massive panic attacks and severe depression. This is an extremely long story but basically after 9 months I narrowed it down to toxic mold exposure. I then quickly moved out and have been slowly getting better in a much newer home.

In that time I quit a heavy drinking problem, caffeine and started a paleo diet(as best as I can).

One of the last things that plagues me that wasn’t there before is my gut health. I started getting daily headaches and ended up quitting dairy and that solved that issue. One thing I noticed is if I eat the “wrong” thing, I get pain under right rib and slightly wraps around to back. The pain isn’t terrible by any means but it’s definitely linked to eating. In fact removing dairy has reduced the frequency of this pain.

My health is way better than last year but I still deal with mood issues, blood sugar, and other things. If I eat fast food or dairy, I’m in the bathroom within 30 minutes. Also, my mother had here her gall bladder removed( which I personally don’t agree with).

So I guess my question is, does this sound like a gall bladder issue?

Thanks!
