I bought samsung flip 5 in September 2023. It's been going fine until Jan 3, 2024, whenever I will flip my phone, it will shut down. My flip 5 is also out of warranty. I talked to my cousin who has been using flip 4 since 2022. He told me that he had the same issue, that his phone will shut down when being flipped, and it is out of warranty when it broke. He told me that it happened again recently. His gf is actually encouraging my cousin to switch to apple. The repair is too expensive when I asked samsung customer service. My cousin also told me that the flip is limited to 1000x but I'm not sure. Right now, I regret buying my flip 5. Have you experienced the same issue?
