Navigation bar not working

Hey, so it has been 1 week now since the part of my screen where the navigation bar is has stopped responding to touch, so I had to replace the navigation bar with the other option, but still in the bottom line of the screen is not working or responding to any touch, but this happened suddenly I didn't dropped or damage the phone it happened during the night. I have restarted the phone multiple time and have done the software update that was needed, but still nothing, Any suggestions? Thank you!

P.S. sorry for my English if they don't make sense on some parts I'm not a native speaker.
