Galaxy Flip z 4 shut down when closed, can I still trade it in for a new phone?
Post Body

I ran into a problem last month where my phone powers down anytime I close it shut. I can turn it back on if I open it and it works just fine otherwise. Just cant be closed anymore.. I was offered to have it traded in for a newer model but I'm concerned that when I send the device Samsung won't accept the old phone because of the shutting issue. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to trade it in? Or Does anyone know if I could still get full trade in value for my phone? There's no scratches, cracks and it powers on, which are the basic requirements for trade in.
