Edge Panel Help!!!!

Post Body

Ok... This is driving me absolutely NUTS.

So, I 100% rely on my edge panel for almost everything. Especially for work. EVERY time I swipe the edge panel now since the recent update, it vibrates (like a notification) and then I get an actual popup notification at the top saying "edge panel is runn.... Tap to..." (But I can't read the whole thing) Then when I tap it, it takes me to edge panel settings. But nothing in those settings involve vibration, or pop up notifications. Just the panel color, location, etc.

Doing some research, I saw that some people have the option under "handle settings" to toggle off the vibration but I don't have that option at all.

Then underneath all that, it offers "other settings suggestions" for "brief pop up" so I clicked on that, and it shows the most recent pop up notification being "system UI" and "android settings". When I click on that, and try to toggle OFF the settings, it won't let me at all. I click it, and it recognizes that I touched it (the specific setting briefly lighting up) but it WILL NOT let me toggle any of these off. Which is so frustrating, it's like I have no control over my phone anymore. And it's like teasing me with the possibility of changing these things but then it's like "NOPE"

90% of the time I'm using my phone, I'm using my edge panel for something, for one thing or another, so this constant vibration and brief pop up notification is driving me absolutely insane, and to further that, my phone won't let me do anything to change that. PLEASE HELP
