This is a really odd bug, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I've tried setting up / installing a VPN through Private Internet Access and OpenVPN (using a PIA profile), and in both instances I run into this strange issue: when the confirmation window pops up asking whether or not it's okay to install the VPN profile and allow the VPN icon to show up, I can't tap "ok." I can tap "cancel" just fine, but for some reason I can't confirm it and therefore can't install my VPN software.
I've tried resetting it several times, uninstalling, reinstalling, and even doing the PIA APK outside of the app store, all to no avail. I sent a bug report in to PIA as well, but it's just plain odd I can't seem too do this now on 2 separate VPN apps.
Any thoughts on what could be going on?
ETA: I can manually set up the VPN profile within settings, but it doesn't stay active all the time. It will go off after the phone goes to sleep and I have to go back to settings, connections, advanced to set it back on again which basically makes it unusable having to do that every single time.
