Note 10+ lock screen changes color tone when I move it left to right?

So I got this phone a fee months ago, and today and yesterday I've realized when i go to type in my code to unlock, my lock screen changes like color hue or whatever. I move it left to right and itll go to pretty green or purple or a deep red. Is this normal? It's the changing lock screen background that was free
