Hi, I recently noticed that my left earbud has a significantly lower volume than the right one. I've attempted cleaning them, resetting, repairing, clearing the cache (wearable app & plugin), restarting the phone, playing music at max volume and using "find my earbuds," and increasing the volume manually from the buds. Nothing helped.
Samsung support offered me to trade them in for buds pro 2 for $124. Other than the lower volume, everything works fine. If anyone has any ideas, please comment. I'll probably try my luck with a repair shop before considering a trade-in.
