Do I have to get a new pair?

TL;DR because it isn't much to say: my right earbud had been giving me cutting in and out issue for about half of the 3 months I owned it - it finally stopped charging (though it triggers the light in the charging case) and no longer responds to ANYTHING. No way to replace through Ebay (30 day warranty) or Samsung (Ebay is not an authorized seller)

The most damage I did to it was dropping the case, but both buds worked past that point. No possible water damage, earbuds are clean of earwax, and both are placed nightly in charging box.

EDIT: added reasons why Samsung and Ebay wouldn't take them back
