Case Battery Not Hold Charge

So my Galaxy Buds 2, case is not holding a charge. When the buds are in the case and I plug it in they will charge. But the case always remains at 0%. This is even if I charge overnight or charge the case without the buds in them. I can't seem to find this problem anywhere online and I am lost. I got them brand new back in August. This problem randomly started back in February. Anything would help. TIA
