If my goal is to eat "until it hurts" what's the best way to achieve that?

I've seen it several times... Somebody who hit the point that they were full and just kept eating and eating, until they were stuffed and bloated but they didn't stop there.

They kept going until they were cradling their stomach, cursing their inability to stop and groaning in pain.

I really want to experience this... I can't eat until I'm uncomfortable... But if I keep eating at that point, everything winds up coming back up. It feels like my body has a hard cap for how far I can push my limits.

I just crave the sensation of being told I have to find more room in a stomach that has none as the food keeps sliding down the throat.

Any advice on keeping excessive amount of food down?
