Been going back and forth on what machine to get, I keep looking at the Rancilio Silvia and Profitec Go, and the Silvia X and Profitec Move when I think I want to be extra spendy(and irresponsible), but I always come back to the Gaggia classic at the beginning of each cycle. If cost isn't an issue, is there a reason to go with the Gaggia over Silvia or Go when by the time I'm done with PID, pressure gauge, SOC top box, and other mods I'll be pretty close to the price of the other machines that already have them installed from the factory? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something other than the amount of modding that can be done.
