Im only posting here since I already wrote for past guild members (the game that starts with E) and thought I might as well share it since 7ds grand cross is coming to global soon (rumored) and I already wasted my time writing it for them.

Pros:

- Very f2p friendly as it gives you a sr-ssr ticket and ssr ticket every week.

- You get 5 gems a day from dailies and you can get more for side quests.

- Every new chapter gives around 30-80 gems (costs 30 to buy 1 multi ticket and or a costume)

- Boss raids daily to increase your max lvl cap from 50-80 (ssr)

- R-SR are also very viable in pvp and pvp. (some gives pvp bonus 10% to defence and hp etc)

- Devs are really looking out and actually addresses problems swiftly within 2weeks to 1 monthfor example, not bringing out pvp meta units and making units more unique for pvp making it less paywally.

- They give us free maxed out heroes for big events- You can use dupes to either increase your ultimate damage or use them in the exchange shop to get unique (exclusive to the coin shop to un unique heroes.

- This game has no stamina problems as you can exchange rare units to stamina potions as well as low stamina refresh rate and doesnt cost as much stamina to run stages.

- Theres no power gap with whales due to giving us hammers and anvils so alot of f2p players are as strong as p2p players.

- Has been in the top 10 for a while now (playstore and app store and has nearly 10000 non jp/kr speakers playing the game on discord

- Guild boss instead of guild wars where you get rewards based on how many points you made individually as well as the guild whole.

- Theres guild ranks and its shown all over town such as PK flags etc. individual players get a statue in the guild hall.

- Guild boss was changed last week from using multiple heroes each battle (cant use it again if you use it) and get as much points as possible using various teams to using solid teams and trying to get the highest score possible for each difficulty (its actually very fun)

- Theres half stamina events every 2 weeks and it lasts for 48 hours in rotation.

- You can reroll gears with anvils and you can get around 200 a week (from a training cave and guild boss). you use 5 per reroll.

- You can also get hammers which increases the % of your substats by 1% to 5% (can get around 18 a week from training cave). It costs 3-5 hammers depending on the rarity of your gear.

- You dont have to farm UR gears since you can get it free by upgrading the tier of your gears such as rare-sr, sr-ssr, ssr - ur. characters also gets enraved on the gear so they get bonus stats for equiping it.

- Graphics are top notch and id say better than e7 (looks and feels like a ps4 game) and the cut scenes are as good or better than the anime itself.

- They stream big event patches every 2- 4 weeks.

- Gacha rate is 3% every banner and there is a guaranteed gacha system for every banner but its a random ssr and not the banner unit.note there is a normal new hero banner and theres a limited guaranteed banner where you can get the hero after spending 242 gems where 2 of the multi pulls costs 1 gem each.

- All heroes have uses as some heroes are buffed for certain bosses.

- There is auto repeat.

PVP:

- Some heroes are very PvP specific (passives) and some are good all around except bosses etc.

- There are alot of unique team comps recently and netmarble recently are actively trying to recruit more people to join the balance team.

- Pvp has bots and live people (if theres no-one available a bot will be there instead).

- They are introducing a tournament for live pvp for the top 100 players so you can watch them in a stadium.

- Theres 2 pvps. one for geared and one for ungeared. geared gives coins where you buy purchase costume weapons, anvils and other stuff.

- Ungeared pvp gives gems and boxes where you can get unique gear sets (crit damage lifesteal etc but they are not in the meta)

Cons:

- They had some boring events and did paywall some in the past but told us they will stop doing that and they did stop in the past few months

- Some costumes can only be bought by cash (halloween) but they are pretty much for cosmetic purposes

- Some costumes have good substats and might be must haves (ill talk about this later) but you can buy with gems (free currency)- Used to be grindy but it got reduced by around 70% due to Gear reroll items and increase substat % items.

Controversy

Costumes

- Had a bad name in the past with costumes (knights chronicles) but its not as bad as the previous games since you can buy with in game currency in this game and it doesnt give skill changes like KC

- Costumes give stats like 3 crit, penetration hp etc so its good to get costumes.

- You can get costumes by giving them friendship points (food or beer), increasing their level cap and pvp shop.

- Costumes cost 20 dollars (full set) but can be bought for 90 gems (full set UR costume) 60 gem (full set SSR costume) 30 gem (full set rare costume)

- Some costumes are limited and some costumes are permanent in the costume shop.

Paywall

There was a time where some heroes were paywalled for events in the past but they were fixed very quickly in a span of 2-4 weeks and im sure global wont get the same problems as kr/jp since they know their mistakes.Players are in livestreams set up by netmarble (top players in kr/jp) and they actively talk about the game problems so they devs know the problems.

Funny parts

Whales hate this game because they cant get a competitive edge over f2p players.A whale told me she got bored of the game because the gacha rates are too high and it doesnt make them special over f2p players so they are playing ffbe wov (spends around 20k a month)
