Instead I fill my days chasing pleasure, enjoying myself for once. Wine and bread and women-- yes, women, much to the court's chagrin. All manner of races are invited to the Alathair Wing of the Palace-- I acquiesced that my choice of lover entering through the front gates was a bit imprudent, taking up residence in a wing to myself. My favorites sometimes earn permission to stay as well.

Life is about variety and I make sure to get my fill.

Inviting Tilly, the newest hired maid-girl into my chambers to sit on my face a while, to let me worship the young girl much to the head-maid Elizabeth's dismay.

Inviting courtesans from the local brothel to entertain me on special 'house calls,' or even dragging along my Royal entourage while visiting the brothel myself in broad daylight-- the days are long and dull without such ventures after all.

Allowing a witch, on trial for turning a man into sheepish young maiden, to 'teach' me about magic for a spell.

An elf matriarch, in the midst of a pilgrimage, passing through. The only logical thing is to offer her my company, and my services, in order to honor her great wisdom.

An orc warrior-maiden, captured and bound, given the opportunity of a life time while the Queensguard listens in distress to me prostrating myself, awaiting the word to rebind the towering figure.

Even a noble, so sure of themselves that she can tame me. For a time, perhaps, made to submit to her, to pleasure her in exchange for pleasure myself, but they'll have to go quite far for me to make a habit of it.

To say nothing of the goblins, kitsune, Drow, tieflings, and all the others I'm so eager to meet some day. Oh, far more than meet as I'm sure you know.

I believe I've one such appointment today, in fact.

A bratty, powerful, semi-absent Queen with a raunchy submissive streak and a contentedness to leave many political matters to the throne's steward, taking up the chair on occasion only when the most pressing matters are at hand-- usually those involved in her self preservation. What hope is there for her, after all, heirless and with a den of venomous snakes in the form of the Court and her gracious advisors, eager to supplant her. And this courtly drama will surely play an important role in the background as Abi indulges, that conniving group of (mainly) men eager to find me a new male match, for me to consummate that match with an heir, and to then tumble me off the throne.

Better to have some fun before it's over, no?
