You've always prided yourself on being a principled and fair employer. You've paid your staff a living wage, providing generous medical insurance and other benefits. You give much more holiday per year than your competitors, and are always happy to let a staff member leave 15 minutes early if they've put in a good shift or grant a day off on short notice if an emergency comes up. A happy workforce is a productive workforce, after all. But your justifications go deeper than that. Having wealth, running a business, it was never something you planned on, and you certainly aren't going to let it go to your head. Just because people work for you doesn't mean you should treat them any differently.

But today you're going to break the cardinal rule.

Letting myself in, I sit down opposite you and speak.

'Hey,' you reply, the hint of reluctance in your voice causing my brow to furrow, 'I'm not quite sure how else to put this so I'll get to the point. How Do You Feel About Earning An Extra $100?'

Hey there, I hope you enjoyed my prompt! In this RP I would like to play a young trans-woman whose boss is infatuated with her.

I would like this to be a gradual and long-term RP. While it might be tempting to play this out like a porno, I think it would be a lot more fun to take it slow and steady. Maybe the first offer is something minor, paying $100 for my character to wear a slightly more revealing outfit. But over time things progress, from offers of cash for some consensual groping, blowjobs/cunnilingus, then sex. I would also like there to be a more romantic element to this one as well, with our characters becoming emotionally attached to each other as well.

Your character's identity is totally up for discussion. My only real stipulations are that you don't play some sort of 'alpha'. I like playing against characters with vulnerabilities and flaws, and think an element of reluctance is super important to this one as well. You don't want to be making an offer like this, it almost makes you ashamed to be even considering it, but you just can't help yourself. But outside that I'm up for playing with any character of any gender identity. Perhaps you're older than my character, or maybe we flip the scales and make you the younger partner? Maybe you knew me before employing me, a family friend or neighbour? Or, if you're feeling really naughty, maybe you can be a relative of my character? Let me know your preferences in your message!

I'm also open to playing this one out as a more 'Soft Domme' style character. For characters who identify as female, this means I'd be more than happy to penetrate them and engage in more 'dominatrix' style activities. For characters who identify as male, while I'm not super into penetrating them, I'd be very much open to being more of a 'power bottom'. Of course, if you'd rather a total submissive I'd be open to that too, even if I do lean more switch at the moment. Let me know what you think!

I'd like to decide the location of this RP based on our mutual interests. Perhaps I'm your maid, working to clean your house every day? Maybe I'm an employee in your office, with all the trappings of tight pencil skirts and silky blouses? Maybe we work outdoors, gardeners or on mechanics yard? Or perhaps something else entirely? My only real stipulation is that it's more of an intimate setting. Ideally it would a location where only us two work, or where there are long periods where only we are there. But other than that I'm totally up for discussing things, and think it would be really fun to find a location that's unique and works for us both!

In a partner, I'm looking for someone interested in describing their character's internal thoughts and motivations. I want to know what's going on in your characters head, and love to see that come across in your messages!

I try to respond at least once per day or two, although sometimes real life will get in the way. The more detail you can include the better, the first message is super important to me, and short or detail-lacking messages are a bit of a turn-off. I usually leave prompts up a little while before replying, so don't feel the need to rush your response.
