I would like to have our characters be two adventurers on a quest together. Perhaps it was given by the local guild, perhaps a wealthy patron, or perhaps there is no quest, but rather a treasure we are seeking and have decided to join forces.

Of course, I joined this partnership with noble intentions, and you...well, maybe you had them at the start, or maybe you were always plotting this, but by the midpoint of the trip, you want not only to take all the reward for yourself, but want to keep me afterwards too!

How would you do it? Would you abandon me in combat until I was incapacitated, coming back in the nick of time to rescue me, but using my defeat to change our relationship forcibly? Would you trick me little by little, or one big trick to again get me into an inescapable situation? Something else entirely?

Would you continue the adventure with me in my new role, or would you be lazy and only trick me at the very end? What races would each of us be?
