On the corner of Elm Street and Frank Road, there is a new house that was constructed not that long ago. Perhaps it wasn't that much of a surprise that it was quickly bought up and the new owner moved in not long after. The woman that owns the house is a generally nice woman, attends to the usual neighborhood functions, making friends with a few of the homeowners around her. However, there is a certain truth that even she knows about - she's awfully lonely. Indeed, many note how she's living alone in a rather large house for someone just for her. Well, that is because she harbors a secret that cause her to remain single.

Across the street, there is another house - an idyllic setup. A family - a mother, father, and two kids. Through the highs and lows of life, they have managed to get through it for the better. The two kids have long since moved out of the house in pursuit for making their own lives in the world; until one of the kids decides to come home from university. It was the summer break and she didn't have much in plan for her summer so, she decides to come home and visit her family. The sophomore, progressing to junior, girl greets her family as usual, but she notices about the new house that wasn't there from before. When she asked her parents about it, they explain that a new neighbor had moved in, just one.

Feeling curious about the new neighbor, she decides to head over there one day and knock on the door. She's quite curious to know about the new neighbor that lives in the house from across the street.

Salutations, fair people. I hope that you enjoy this rather cheesy introduction prompt for a more wholesome type roleplay between our two characters. Basically, I wish to play as a university girl that came home and decides to meet the new neighbor from across the street. Of course, no one could dare imagine that the neighbor is a futa and it will be the start of something more for them.

Now, I do wish to play as a university aged woman while you could play as someone older than that, roughly within the 30-45 range if that's alright with you. Now, I wouldn't mind if you would want to do it where our characters are roommates at said university, but this is my most preferred route. However, I also wish to throw in another bone to this equation - your character. What do I mean by this? Well, I am very open on what sort of character you will be playing as. Anything that you could think of that would make it as plain-jane, or unique, as you would want, I am totally down for it!

Lastly, the kinks. Now, allow me to say that I am more align to vanilla type kinks as well as the general mood of the roleplay itself. I am not very big into noncon type scenarios or that craze into dubcon. I like to keep this fully consensual. As such, some of my favorite kinks would probably be kissing, handholding, risky sex, outdoor sex, creampie, impregnation (optional), and more that I'm probably forgetting at the moment. As such, hard limits will be your standard bathroom stuff, gore, blood, death, musk, feet, etc.
