There's something deliciously contradictory and erotic about the concept of a MILF Futa. I want to build a prompt around this concept in a literal fashion. Imagine a future not unlike our present, after an apocalyptic event where mankind slowly died off after male birthrates plummet gradually to zero. Decades later, humanity now comprises only of women, who can undergo a procedure to have fully functioning male sexual organs. Some do this at an earlier age, others make the switch later, and some never do. In order to ensure birthrates and a stable ratio of futas to females, the government provides funding and incentives for women to start families and use an advanced AI to select mates for each other, ensuring both sexual and romantic compatibility. Though incentivized, this program is ultimately voluntary, and while some form lifelong unions from it, others simply cash their cheques as breeders and move on.

Your character would be a single or divorced mother looking for love and support from the government who decides to try a new sexual life as a futa, and my character would be a younger woman picked as her mate. Ideally I'd like to play a slice of life scene of our characters exploring their romantic and sexual relationship; I especially love the idea of your character having experience on both ends as giver and reciever, and using it to teach her more sexually inexperienced wife about the art of lovemaking.
