There are amazing creatures in the world of Pokemon. Literal gods, walking reactors, some even more intelligent than a thousand super computers. In some worlds, people use pokemon to battle each other. In this world, however, Pokemon are more equal to humans than ever. Especially in the realm of speech, forms, and sentience. Even able to breed and form consenting relationships between adults. It's truly outstanding.

And then you have Slowpoke. You look at this chubby, pink thing and wonder how it has not gone extinct yet. There is nothing behind those eyes and its brain runs on Internet Explorer. Hell, its tail is actually considered a delicacy in underground circles.

Usually, people bypass Slowpoke, Slowbro, and Slowking because of how empty headed and slow reacting they are. They're pretty low on the totem pole of desirables, especially when you factor in highly sought after Lopunnies and Gardevoirs.

You're an able bodied, single adult. Fully moved out of your parents place. Living in an apartment by yourself and trying to make something of your life. Whether through college or a job or both, you're trying. And that's all that matters.

However, you're missing something. Specifically, someone very special in your life. Humans don't do it for you, yet in this world, that's perfectly fine. Uncommon, but fine. Despite your best efforts to try dating apps, your efforts have been fruitless. You're getting discouraged and tired of trying.

That is, until you finally get a match. Your mind races with the possibilities of who it could be, what they're like, you hope they're at least cute. Imagine the look on your face when you see the sleepy smile of a chubby, geeky Slowpoke woman, holding up a peace sign.

She's 23, likes to play videogames, laze about(obviously), watch animated stuff, and enjoys cooking. She's not horrifying and she seems nice, you think. With a small shrug and a "why not", you hit accept. What's the worst that could happen, right?

Hello, everybody! I've been in a major Pokemon mood lately, as I started my very first Nuzlocke! Hooray! I'm doing Ultra Moon, came across a Slowpoke, and this mfer has pulled my ass out of the fire THREE SEPARATE TIMES. This doofy ass pink thing has been my God so far and I adore it now.

So, here we are. An adult human(or Pokemon) x adult Slowpoke/Snorlax plot. Romance and fuckin. Should be fun, yeah?

This is open to males, nonbinary, etc, but female, futa, and trans women move to the front of the line.

My only requirements are you tell me something about yourself, your idea for this roleplay, and what character you wanna play. On top of being able to post at LEAST a paragraph per response. If you give me a typical "hi" or "I'm interested", I will ignore you.
