I didn’t even realize when I received my housing assignment that it was for the traditionally futa-only building. Named after Lady Bethany Drummond-Everett, “BDE” Hall was one of the few dorms on campus that offered single rooms. For the nerds awarded entrance scholarships, these rooms were prime real estate. Served me right for waiting so long to accept. This was the last single room left. Apparently, a male in BDE hall wasn’t unprecedented, just rare. I was given every assurance that the women of BDE were cordial, welcoming, and would be happy to help me get comfortable. I didn’t have much of a choice…

Move in day would go off without a hitch. I don’t even think my parents realized they were leaving me in a dorm filled with horny futas either. The girls were all so polite, well-dressed and seemed eager to begin this new chapter of their lives. From the first awkward introductions, I could tell my floor had quite the mix of personalities. Your classic sporty jocks, bookish nerds, eclectic band geeks, “too-cool” alt chicks, and a few more who really didn’t seem to fit a mold, at least not off first impressions.
