Zoos and museums are wonderful places to learn. Both for very different reasons, of course. Zoos are to help the public safely learn about the amazing animals of our planet. From ones able to crush you without thinking, to the smallest bite able to kill you in the blink of an eye. Whereas museums are all about the past and what we can learn from it. To the exotic fish where all life started, to the mighty dinosaurs who ruled the world, all the way to even a couple years ago.
They're both magnificent places that make a child's imagination run wild. As well as helping people simply become aware of what our world holds. Zoos and museums are expensive, though. Not just to make, but to acquire the specimens and maintain everything. Making sure not just the workers are happy, but the animals and the public are, with the information you present being accurate. The budget and the expenses are so much greater for places that combine the two. Which is what the building of the Academic Association of Animals and History, or AAAH for short, was built for.
A lot of work goes into them that people don't think about. Especially drunk college students. They're in the prime of their lives. Making life long connections, important bonds, and bitchin bad choices. Why do they have to think about tomorrow when their future is already being made for em?
It's definitely what this rambunctious group was all about. A special night for the place. After five pm, only legal adults of drinking age, or above, were allowed entry and were allowed to stay until ten pm. Everyone else was thrown out for the day. This group thought they'd have a memorable night. Make fun of the animals, throw inappropriate gestures and jokes around about the exhibits. Stuff like that.
Unfortunately, one of them thought if would be absolutely HILARIOUS to try to let one of the animals out. Stealing the keys off a worker, one of them opened the door to the enclosure. Without hesitation, the animal escaped. A pretty expensive and rare specimen. Laughing like hyenas, the group ran off and the animal was never found.
Right as you came into view of the enclosure, the group ran past you. Pushing you towards the exhibit, all smelling of alcohol. Well, that's what the camera and workers caught. Your face, not there's.
Now you're being charged with letting the beast out. Congrats, though. You're not being charged with anything serious. Just taking its place until a new one can be shipped in or the old one could be found.
Enjoy your new life, for however long it may be!
~Alternate version for the museum part, for those that want to become something prehistoric~
Until one of them was pushed against the glass of an enclosure. Destroying it and the display that was inside it. Quickly, the group ran and mixed with the small crowd. Unfortunately, when someone came by to check it out, you were there. You didn't even get to see what it was originally. Could've been anything, but it was priceless and smashed to pieces. Mixed with the broken glass. Wrong place and wrong time, friend. You'll be paying for the damage you caused, but not with money. Until it gets replaced, you'll be taking its place.
Enjoy your new job.

Hello to all. This is a two for one deal. Do you wish to become an animal and keep your sentience for the zoo, or do you wish to become something prehistoric for a museum? All comes down to choice, of course.
My requirements are two paragraphs per response and literate in English. I also require you give me more to work off of than "hi, I wanna rp" or "I'm interested". Get me invested in roleplaying with you. And to know you read this, I need you to tell me what you want to become in the title of your DM.
Should also mention, I don't play males. Period. Sorry!
Kinks for me are not important. For you, very important.
Limits are gore, vore, feet, blood, vomit, food play, that stuff.
Hope to hear from yall!
