I think the most frustrating thing about this game, a game that with modes like weekend league is meant to be competitive, is that a LOT of times (and all of us know how many) what happens in a match is not under your control. I think that’s just unbelievable and it shouldn’t be the case in a competitive game. Like for example if I’m playing counter strike and can’t hit anything that’s on me cause I can’t aim but how’s my fault if in the 90th minute my defenders decide to just stop playing and my opponent scores the winning goal or if I have 20 shots on target vs 2 and lose 2-1 or all the bullshit that we know happens regularly in almost every game. There’s also real tournaments with real money, imagine being a pro player and losing in the finals cause your opponent scores from a kick off. Everyone knows how frustrating it is to play this game if you care a minimum, yet we continue to play like addicts (me included of course). Another issue I have is the drop rates, obviously I don’t expect EA to give away moments icons like they are bronzes but come on how is it possible that there are 0 R9 moments on the market in a game with this big of a player base? I get it, it’s a very rare card to pack but it shouldn’t be THIS rare, just think about the amount of packs you’ve opened this year even if you don’t buy fifa points, just the packs you get from rivals, WL or SBC and multiply it for the millions of players in the game and still 0 fucking R9? I don’t even wanna talk about the servers or how slow the menus are (at least on older gen consoles) cause I rate this as less relevant problems, but yeah it would be nice if I was able to complete an SBC without having to read “there was a problem communicating with the EA servers” every 5 minutes. Those are just some of the things that came to my mind and wanted to share with you to have your feedback, I don’t expect you all to agree with me and I would really like to create a discussion in the comments. In the end we are all still gonna play regardless of how good or bad this game is, cause deep down we like it and can close an eye (or both) on all the problems fifa has.
