It’s like a month in and I can’t play ultimate team

So every single time I open ultimate team my ps5 blue screens (every other game mode works perfectly fine) I’ve updated my game my console. Deleted the game and installed it again I even went as far as to email ea cause surely they would have a solution on what I need to do to be able to play the game I paid for but no instead they just say that they are working on it and don’t say anything else about it so I’m guessing they aren’t doing much since it is about to be a full month of the game being out and from when I first emailed them about this issue. Did anyone here have this issue or have a solution that I can attempt.
