As we all know season one has an infamously infuriating forced plotline in Cherrygate. No matter who you want your endgame LI to be MC will somehow always end up forced into that scenario. It is the major drama of the mid season (like Operation Nope and the Disaster recoupling for s2). Now S1 MC is a real mf MC She is that bitch. Let's think about a few things that happen in game no matter what way you choose to play... your MC is seen as someone who is leading the boys on even if you're on a Talia route or you're totally loyal to one or the other. That's because s1 MC isn't supposed to be playing the Loyal game so early on. There's a reason Erikah is jealous af even if you give her no reason to, and I think it's because we are meant to play the game a certain way up to Cherrygate. It makes 0 sense for Levi to be part of cherrygate (,they had to write it in though because they knew some people would go for Levi at the first opportunity and they need MC to be the one at the center of cherrygate) I think that we are supposed to Crack on with Mason and Levi both and pick Levi to take to the terrace when Cherry and Rohan arrive (so the you and Levi doing bits while you're cracking on with Mason makes sense) then Levi gets all wishy washy about it the next day again and it makes sense for MC to take a step back, choose Mason for the date, couple with him, let him be the one to kiss cherry which is the act that finally gives Levi a bit of a push and he realizes how much he cares because he stands up for MC. This is the only way I can see cherrygate making logical in game sense. Mc is kinda supposed to be torn between them with cherrygate being the event that forces her to make a choice. What do yall think?
