Each time she gives him permission to go further in the dream he becomes more real. I also have another whering your character would be summoning him and either she's summoning him to get something but his price is always sex or more power over her or she could just be summoning him for sex and it turns into him appearing every time she's horny leading to him pulling her aside multiple times a day, at work, school, in public ect~
