I couldn't believe it. All that studying, writing applications, stacking myself with extracurriculars, and I still couldn't get into my school of choice. Or well, my mother's school of choice. Most everything as far as my education was concerned had been planned out well before I was born, but apparently I've come up short.

I'm Rowan, an 18-year-old eagerly anticipating his 'college life' experience I've heard so much about.
