What to do?

So I've noticed this subreddit is pretty quiet, I would like to start managing it a bit more/posting more but I would like some feedback from others. I plan on eventually creating a welcome message, as well as flairs and a concise list of rules to avoid spam posts, hurtful comments, minors congregating here, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything specific they'd like to see? Upgraded? Civil discussions and constructive feedback would be very appreciative :)
