First Fursona - ideas, suggestions etc

Morning everyone!
So, I've been.debating the idea of having a fursona done for a while, but given that I'm kinda "in the closet" in regards to my interest in furry (due to the potential fallback from irl friends, family etc) and that I can't draw to save my life, I'd have to have one made for me.
So, with that in mind, does anyone have any recommendations as to how to go about this? Suggestions for artists that are good but won't break the bank etc?
