Has anyone have any experience with WhatARoom custom sofas? They offer a lot of customization options that look appealing.

I’ve been seeing a few recommendations here but wanted to see if anyone has a more thorough review. They do have a lot of reviews on yelp and Google but those are more of their furniture store reviews. Would like to see if there’s anyone that bought from their online store https://whataroom.com

Edit: I ended up buying their Lounge Double Chaise Sectional and it turned out really well! Ultra comfortable even though I chose the medium firm. Not too soft, not too firm, and was told it would be a bit softer whhen I break them in. Took me a while to find the right fabric I wanted (bought samples twice as their is a limit of 8 per order).

Customer service was fantastic, a few days after I placed my order I got a call from one of their designers. He went over my order and made suggestions so that the seat cushions will be more even (added a few inches). Also added a matching round ottoman to complete the look. Took about 6 weeks from order to delivery.

Overall amazing epxerience and crazy I spent so much money buying a sofa online. Glad I read the great reviews before hand! Here is my couch: https://ibb.co/FHyvCS0
