What’s your favorite Season 1, Episode 1 “Our Very First Show” line?
Post Body

These lines became some of the most iconic from the series, and they are from the very first episode, titled “Our Very First Show.” The quotes are in chronological order, cause why not.

I didn’t add “Nobody asked me,” because this was actually an attempted catchphrase.

Fun fact: Jodie Sweetin shared in her and Andrea Barber’s podcast “How Rude, Tanneritos,” that it was actually the scene featuring quotes 2 and 3 (the scene in which Jesse and Joey are ‘trying…’ to change Michelle’s diaper) that sold Full House to the network!

If you have another favorite quote from this episode, comment it below! Or just if you have any others from “Our Very First Show” you enjoy (and/or scenes that are a favorite from this episode and/or scenes in general that you enjoy in the episode, would be cool to hear!) I enjoy reading what people find interesting and what people enjoy. Have Fun!!

Nerd Note:

If you have seen seasons in close proximity, especially, you may have noticed this! Or maybe, either way, it just stood out to you (but it is truly cool and interesting). A couple seasons later, in Season 3, Episode 20 “Honey, I Broke the House,” when she drives Joey’s car into the kitchen, we see a call-back to Steph’s “Just hangin’ around” line (at least, it definitely seems that way)— she is on the the curtains in Season 1 and in a coat on the back of a door in Season 3, but the line—though perhaps simply because Jodie so flawlessly shines Steph’s sass— even ends up delivered almost exactly the same way!
