Low light photography has always been my favorite but now that I got an actual camera (XT30-ii, 15-45mm kit lens) it's kinda hard for me to do but so much easier on my iPhone. Idk if the film recipes affects the actual shots compared to shooting without it

I have 2 questions. 1. Is it the lens that carry good low light photos or the body? 2. Any advice or recommendations for settings?
