XH2S: Video Shutter Speed Increments

So I had my XH2S settings set to manual exposure, 23.98p with 1/48 shutter speed. I'm not quite sure what setting I changed, but now the shutter speed increments only go from 1/30 to 1/60, skipping everything in between entirely. Does anyone have any idea what I might have done...? I'm kinda lost as this is my first time using a Fujifilm camera for video :(
