A quick question, why can’t a class action lawsuit be filed against the companies manufacturing or selling these types of lights?

They are dangerous and blind people creating an unsafe situation. Their products are enabling these unsafe situations. Sometimes I can’t even see the center line in the road.

I just think back to when there is a mass shooting (terrible situation I hate to reference.) But I remember hearing that the gun manufacturers were being sued because their product enabled this situation.

Please don’t turn this into a second amendment issue, I didn’t mean it like that in anyway. Only as an example of creating products that contribute to unsafe situations.

We will never be able to stop the individuals. These headlights are too easy to obtain, too affordable, and their are too many stupid people.

We need to stop it at the source.
