We are their customers for 3 years. Last month we traveled to EU, and after just 10 days in the Baltics, I got an sms for a 212 Euros phone call (!). Probably some company redirected my call and charge it.

I call them and the guy promised respond "soon". Nobody answer. A few day later I call, they promised again, nothing.

Since then I sent emails to their CEO, managers, workers, I call again, and nobody replay back to me.

One full month almost, and no replay !
Today I received a bill for 260 Euros.

What I also discovered is that every time the phone switch to the Swiss signal automatically (Italy is next to Switzerland), they subscribe you to a 12 Euros a day plan !! For each single day.
Since when a company allowed to subscribe me to a plan without asking? this is clearly illegal in EU.

What else can I do ? i do not want to pay them this bill, since it is ridicules for a single customer to get 260 Euros.

Is there anyone in Estonia that can protect you from such company ? they simply gives a s*t about me.
