If I don’t post at least one photo of tits, cunt or ass during the week I’m not allowed to orgasm.

EDGING

I must edge once in the morning before getting out of bed and once in the evening before falling asleep.

I must edge for 1hr every day to porn, audio, video, gifs, pics, etc.

EATING

I must strive to hit my calorie goal. If I go over I will report to r/fuckholes and ask for a punishment.

I must eat one meal a week with only my hands instead of utensils.

I must eat one meal a week off of the floor. This is to be done naked, on all fours—no hands or utensils.
